目的研究小刺猴头深层培养菌丝体多糖的免疫与抗肿瘤活性。方法从小刺猴头菌丝体中提出水溶性粗多糖,DEAE-cellulose及Sephadex G200柱色谱进一步纯化得到纯化的小刺猴头菌丝体多糖(Hericium caput-medusae polysaccharides A,HPA),气相色谱测定其单糖组成,药理试验考察其对S-180肉瘤、肝癌、艾氏腹水癌瘤株的抑制作用及对免疫功能的影响。结果 HPA为均一多糖,相对分子质量为2900,单糖组成为葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖和木糖。对S-180肉瘤及艾氏腹水癌瘤株,HPA在20、40、80mg/kg时明显降低肿瘤的重量,呈现一定的肿瘤抑制率;能够显著增加荷瘤小鼠血清溶血素含量及血清凝集素水平。结论小刺猴头菌丝体多糖对提高免疫和抗肿瘤均有作用。
Objective To study the immunological and antitumor activities of mycelium polysaccharides in Abrus mollis. Methods The purified crude polysaccharide from Hericium erinaceus was purified by DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G200 column chromatography, and the purified Hericium caput-medusae polysaccharides A (HPA) was purified by gas chromatography Its monosaccharide composition, pharmacological test investigated its inhibition of S-180 sarcoma, liver cancer, Ehrlich ascites tumor lines and immune function. Results HPA was a homogeneous polysaccharide with a relative molecular mass of 2900. The monosaccharide consisted of glucose, galactose, mannose and xylose. S-180 sarcoma and Ehrlich ascites tumor lines, HPA at 20,40,80 mg / kg significantly reduced tumor weight, showing a certain degree of tumor inhibition; can significantly increase the serum tumor-bearing mice hemolysin levels and agglutination Su-level. Conclusion The prickly hawthorn mycelium polysaccharide has an effect on enhancing immunity and anti-tumor.
