近年来,随着中药五味理论和实验研究的不断深入,人们逐步认清了味觉与药味的直接联系,并对味觉对机体的作用模式、作用机制、生理效应等进行了构效学、细胞学等多方面的研究。但此方面的研究大多是侧重一种“味”,而对复味的整体化研究只是从临床配伍角度略有论述,更很少深入地探讨药味的双重性或多重性的规律及其临床意义,本篇试从认识论角度探讨药性多味的研究问题,以抛砖引玉。
In recent years, with the deepening of the five-taste theory and experimental research of traditional Chinese medicine, people gradually recognize the direct connection between taste and drug taste, and conduct the structure-activity and cytology of the role of taste on the body’s mode of action, mechanism of action, and physiological effects. And so many other studies. However, most of the research in this area focuses on a “taste”, but the overall study on re-taste is only discussed from the perspective of clinical compatibility, and it is less intensive to explore the duality or multiplicity of drug taste and its clinical significance. This article tries to explore the research issues of medicinal and multi-taste from the perspective of epistemology, in order to attract valuable comments.
