本文就湿法提取冶金过程中的溶液各组份活度进行了实验性研究,得出了298K下,CoSO_4—H_2SO_4—H_2O系中水的活度、CoSO_4及H_2SO_4的活度系数随组份浓度变化的规律。以Zdanosvskii线性规则进行指导性实验,成功地用等压法测定了水的活度,对以往的等压法装置进行了简易化,操作方便,系统误差小。采用电动势法测定了H_2SO_4的活度系数,并以之与Mckay—Perring计算法得到的H_2SO_4的活度系数进行比较,证明在H_2SO_4浓度0.1—1.0mol/kg范围内,Mckay—Perring计算法的精度随H_2SO_4浓度的增大而增大。
In this paper, the activity of each component in the process of wet extraction metallurgy was experimentally studied. The activity of water in CoSO_4-H_2SO_4-H_2O system was obtained at 298K. The activity coefficients of CoSO_4 and H_2SO_4 were proportional to the concentration of component The law of change.
