Avermectins is a new class of highly efficient, broad-spectrum antibiotic-based pesticide that provides excellent control over a wide range of pests and pests. This article briefly reviewed the development of resistance to avermectins, such as housefly, potato beetle and two-spotted spider mites, and their resistance mechanisms. Studies have shown that the resistance of houseflies to avermectins is mainly related to the decrease of epidermal penetration. The resistance of potato beetle to avermectins is mainly related to the enhancement of the activity of multifunctional oxidase. The resistance of two-spotted spider mite to avermectins and its resistance to avermectins Excretion, metabolism and increased conjugation. The article also discusses strategies for managing avermectins resistance.
