分析了成像型激光告警系统中CMOS面阵探测器光敏区域的空间分布、光敏区域对激光成像光斑积分采样模型及光斑中心定位方法。阐述了CMOS填充因子、CMOS噪声及鱼眼镜头大视场引入的大像差等因素对光斑中心定位造成的误差,并根据误差理论进行了各种类型误差的合成,给出系统光斑中心定位的误差估算方法和公式。并通过仿真估算误差数据与实验误差数据的对比,验证了误差估算方法的有效性。光斑定位误差分析对CMOS探测器参数选择及系统的定向精度指标论证有参考意义。
The spatial distribution of photosensitive area of CMOS area detector in imaging laser alarm system and the integrated sampling model of laser imaging spot and the method of spot centering are analyzed. The errors caused by the factors such as CMOS fill factor, CMOS noise and large aberration introduced by large field of view of fisheye lens are introduced. The errors of various types are synthesized according to the error theory. The center of the system spot is given Error estimation method and formula. By comparing the simulation error data with the experimental error data, the validity of the error estimation method is verified. The spot location error analysis has reference significance to the choice of CMOS detector parameters and the system’s directional accuracy index.
