目的:用两种不同浓度脂肪乳剂灌胃法建立大鼠高脂血症模型,并对其血脂水平进行评价,为合理建立高脂血症动物模型提供依据。方法:将30只150~180g健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、低浓度脂肪乳剂组、高浓度脂肪乳剂组,每组10只。正常对照组大鼠每日给予基础饲料喂养,低浓度脂肪乳剂组和高浓度脂肪乳剂组大鼠于每天16∶00分别给予低浓度配方脂肪乳剂(20%猪油、6%胆固醇、0.2%丙基硫氧嘧啶、2%胆酸钠、10%吐温-80)和高浓度配方脂肪乳剂(30%猪油、10%胆固醇、1%丙基硫氧嘧啶、5%胆酸钠、20%吐温-80)灌胃1次,剂量为1ml/100g体重,其余时间给予基础饲料喂养,
OBJECTIVE: To establish hyperlipemia rat model with two different concentrations of fat emulsion gavage and to evaluate the level of blood lipid in order to provide a basis for the rational establishment of hyperlipemia animal model.
