为了实现矿井排水管道泄漏在线实时监测及泄漏位置的精确定位,笔者利用光纤后向拉曼散射温度效应和光时域反射技术,结合排水管道周围的温度场变化规律,对管道泄漏监测预警系统进行研究。笔者重点分析了监测预警系统的测漏原理及其构成,并在试验平台上进行了井下管道泄漏模拟试验。试验结果表明,该系统可有效识别泄漏的发生,并可确定泄漏的具体位置,可以用于恶劣环境的煤矿井下的在线监测。
In order to realize online real-time monitoring of mine drainage pipeline leakage and precise location of leakage location, the author uses Raman scattering temperature effect and optical time-domain reflection technology of optical fiber to study the monitoring and early warning system of pipeline leak with the variation of temperature field around the drainage pipeline . The author mainly analyzes the principle of leakage detection and its composition of the monitoring and early warning system, and conducts a simulation test of downhole pipeline leakage on the test platform. The test results show that the system can effectively identify the occurrence of leakage, and can determine the specific location of the leak, which can be used for online monitoring of coal mines in harsh environment.
