随着血气分析、酸碱及电解质紊乱等病理生理研究的进展,近几年来对许多复杂的酸碱紊乱类型已越来越引起大家的关注.肺心病并发酸碱及电解质紊乱的发病率较高,且不少为复合型酸碱紊乱,可为原发疾病所引起,亦可为医源的影响所致,病情复杂多变,如何能及时做出正确诊断至关重要.测定血气并同步测电解质、计算出AG值,可鉴别不同类型代酸,从而对许多潜在“三重性”酸碱紊乱的诊断及鉴别可提供重要线索.今就我院于1985
