用透射电镜对新疆乌鲁木齐绵羊源和骆驼源细粒棘球蚴囊壁及原头节标本的超微结构进行观察,发现二者之间在囊壁角质层和原头节生发层结构上有明显区别。绵羊源囊壁角质层高电子密度颗粒多,密度大,形成显著的板层状结构;原头节生发层远端胞浆厚,含有多量囊泡。骆驼源囊壁角质层高电子密度颗粒少,不形成明显的板层状结构,原头节生发层合胞体带薄,囊泡少。讨论了这一发现在分类学上的意义。
Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to observe the ultrastructure of hydatid cyst and protoscoid specimens of Urumqi sheep and camel origins in Urumqi, Xinjiang. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two in the germinal layer the difference. Sheep source capsule wall cuticle high electron density particles and more density, forming a significant lamellar structure; the protuberant germinal layer distal cytoplasm thick, with a large number of vesicles. Camel source capsule wall cuticle high electron density particles less, does not form a significant lamellar structure, the original headband germinal layer syncytial thin, less vesicles. Discussed the taxonomic significance of this finding.
