YABBY基因家族是广泛存在于种子植物中的一类转录因子,参与植物的胚胎发育、侧生器官分化与逆境应答等生物学过程。玉米YABBY转录因子家族含有13个成员,其N端均为锌指结构域,C端为螺旋-转角-螺旋结构域。qRT-PCR表明YABBY家族具有明显的组织特异性,除了Zm YAB1不在雌穗表达外,其余成员在生殖器官中的表达量均明显高于营养器官。Zm YAB5、Zm YAB7、Zm YAB9、Zm YAB13基因整体表达水平比较高,而Zm YAB3、Zm YAB4、Zm YAB8基因则几乎不表达。同时对玉米YABBY基因家族逆境应答反应分析发现:在4℃环境中,Zm YAB1、Zm YAB5、Zm YAB13在处理3 h内下调幅度较大,Zm YAB9在处理24 h时表达量上调;在Na Cl处理中,整个家族呈现先上调,然后逐渐下调的趋势,在PEG处理中,整个家族表达量下调。在水杨酸处理中,Zm YAB5、Zm YAB13显著上调,Zm YAB1、Zm YAB6、Zm YAB7、Zm YAB9在处理3 h内上调幅度明显,并随后回落;Zm YAB9在处理超过12 h后出现下调。ABA处理中,Zm YAB1、Zm YAB2、Zm YAB6、Zm YAB9有不同程度的上调,Zm YAB7、Zm YAB10在处理超过6 h后出现明显下调趋势,Zm YAB5、Zm YAB13整体为上调的趋势。研究结果为进一步明确该家族成员的功能奠定了基础。
The YABBY gene family is a type of transcription factor widely found in seed plants and involved in the biological processes of plant embryo development, lateral organ differentiation and stress response. The YABBY transcription factor family of maize contains 13 members, the N-terminal is the zinc finger domain and the C-terminal is the helix-turn-helix domain. qRT-PCR showed that YABBY family had obvious tissue specificity. Except Zm YAB1 was not expressed in the ear, the other members in the reproductive organs were significantly higher than vegetative organs. The overall expression level of Zm YAB5, Zm YAB7, Zm YAB9 and Zm YAB13 genes was relatively high, while the Zm YAB3, Zm YAB4 and Zm YAB8 genes were almost not expressed. At the same time, the response analysis of stress response to YABBY gene family in maize showed that: Zm YAB1, Zm YAB5 and Zm YAB13 downregulated within 3 h after treatment, and the expression of Zm YAB9 up-regulated at 24 h; In the treatment, the whole family showed the first increase, and then gradually downward trend, in the PEG treatment, the entire family expression decreased. In salicylic acid treatment, Zm YAB5 and Zm YAB13 were significantly up-regulated. Zm YAB1, Zm YAB6, Zm YAB7 and Zm YAB9 upregulated within 3 h and then dropped back. Zm YAB9 down-regulated more than 12 h after treatment. In ABA treatment, Zm YAB1, Zm YAB2, Zm YAB6 and Zm YAB9 were up-regulated to some extent. Zm YAB7 and Zm YAB10 showed a significant downward trend after being treated for more than 6 h, and Zm YAB5 and Zm YAB13 tended to up-regulation. The results of this study laid the foundation for further clarifying the functions of this family member.
