焉耆盆地宝浪油田的宝一联轻烃回收装置存在常温凝液分离器脱水效果差和原油稳定冷凝液烃含水高的问题。通过工艺改造,实现了装置常温凝液和原油稳定凝析液烃的降温脱水。从而解决了常温冷凝液烃和原油稳定凝析液烃进轻烃回收装置分馏系统产生的冻堵和产品含水的问题,为轻烃回收装置产品的产量和质量提高创造了条件。
