党的十八大召开以来,全党进入了改革创新党建管理工作的新时期。企业的党建管理工作,有利于提高员工的科学文化水平,提高自身思想道德修养,更好地建设企业,促进企业的长远发展,并服务社会,奉献国家。本文分析了新时期企业党建管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了几条合理化建议。 Since the 18th CPC National Congress was held, the entire party has entered a new period in the management of reform and innovation in Party building.
