由于心肌缺血再灌注损伤(Myocardial Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury,MIRI)机制的复杂性,使其成为临床上经常面临和较难防止的问题,越来越多研究表明在其发生发展的众多机制中,线粒体通透性转换孔不但参与这一过程,而且占据重要地位。本文就线粒体通透性转换孔的结构、功能、与心肌缺血再灌注损伤的关系以及在治疗缺血再灌注损伤方面的研究进展作一综述。
Due to the complexity of the mechanisms of Myocardial Ischemia / Reperfusion Injury (MIRI), making it a clinically often faced and difficult to prevent problems, more and more studies have shown that in its many mechanisms of occurrence and development, Mitochondrial permeability transition pore not only involved in this process, but also occupy an important position. This review summarizes the relationship between mitochondrial permeability transition pore structure and function, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and its progress in the treatment of ischemia-reperfusion injury.
