本文首先论述了六西格玛管理,并从成本与收益两个角度论述了在企业中实施六西格玛项目的直接成效,提出了六西格玛管理是以“经济性”为核心,最终是把质量与财务业绩联系起来的观点。六西格玛项目实施的最终目的是提高客户满意度和降低成本,从而提高企业的收益。
This paper first discusses Six Sigma and discusses the direct benefits of implementing Six Sigma projects in enterprises from the perspectives of cost and profit. It puts forward that Six Sigma management is based on “economy ” and finally links quality with financial performance Up point of view. The ultimate goal of the Six Sigma project is to increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs, thereby increasing the company’s earnings.
