伴随着技术系统的演进,人类的生产方式也相应地发生变化,由此驱动着产业转型升级,促进经济结构调整,从而对技术技能人才的素质和能力提出了更高要求。职业教育作为培养技术技能人才的一种相对独立的教育类型,肩负着促进技术技能积累、引领产业转型升级、服务区域经济社会发展的重要使命。因此,本文从历史发展的视角,分析技术系统的演进与职业教育学徒制、学校化、多元化、个性化发展历程中的对应关系,探讨职业教育的职业性、开放性、终身性等特征,以期明确职业教育发展目标,增强职业教育发展的定位自信、道路自信和前景自信。
With the evolution of technological systems, mankind’s modes of production have also changed accordingly, thus driving the transformation and upgrading of industries and promoting the readjustment of economic structure, putting forward higher requirements on the qualities and capabilities of skilled personnel in technology. Vocational education, as a relatively independent type of education for cultivating technical and technical personnel, is entrusted with the important mission of promoting the accumulation of technical skills, leading the industrial transformation and upgrading, and serving the regional economic and social development. Therefore, from the perspective of historical development, this article analyzes the corresponding relationship between the evolution of technical system and the apprenticeship, schooling, diversification and personal development of vocational education, and discusses the characteristics of vocational education, such as occupation, openness and lifetime. With a view to clarifying the development goals of vocational education, enhancing the positioning of vocational education, confidence in the road and confidence in the future.
