石膏(空心)砌块吸水速率极快,而失水速率较为缓慢,产品在运输、堆放与使用过程中,如果石膏砌块与水接触或处于潮湿环境中,石膏砌块会长期处于高含水率状态,无法满足砌筑施工时的含水率要求。本文研究经过干燥的石膏砌块的吸水和失水特性及其处于潮湿环境时的吸湿特性。试验结果分析可知,吸水饱和后的石膏砌块应堆放在干燥通风环境中至少30天才能用于砌筑;而堆放在潮湿环境中超过7~10天时,应该将石膏砌块移至干燥通风环境中堆放至少15天后才能用于砌筑。
