目的研究对氧磷酶1(PON1)活力和血脂脂蛋白水平在子痫前期(PE)发病中的相关性。方法应用全自动生化分析仪测定血脂脂蛋白,乙酸苯酯法测定PON1活力。结果①重度子痫前期组胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和载脂蛋白B(apoB)均比健康孕妇组高,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和载脂蛋白A(apoA)比健康孕妇组低。轻度子痫前期组TG、HDL、apoA和apoB与健康孕妇组差异显著,CHOL和LDL与健康孕妇组类似,与重度子痫前期组差异显著。②子痫前期组PON1活力低于健康孕妇组,子痫前期组中轻度和重度类似。③PON1活力与apoA、HDL和LDL间存在关相性,相关系数分别为0.33、0.33和-0.24。结论 PON1活力与血脂脂蛋白代谢紊乱相关,其下降可能在子痫前期发病中起着重要作用。
Objective To study the correlation between PON1 activity and serum lipoprotein level in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia (PE). Methods Serum lipoproteins were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer and PON1 activity was measured by phenyl acetate method. Results ① Cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and apolipoprotein B (apoB) in severe preeclampsia group were higher than those in healthy pregnant women, while high density lipoprotein Apolipoprotein A (apoA) is lower than healthy pregnant women. The levels of TG, HDL, apoA and apoB in mild preeclampsia group were significantly different from those in healthy pregnant women. CHOL and LDL were similar to those in healthy pregnant women, but significantly different from those in severe preeclampsia. PON1 activity in preeclampsia group was lower than that in healthy pregnant women group, mild and severe in preeclampsia group. (3) The correlation between the activity of PAC1 and the levels of apoA, HDL and LDL was 0.33, 0.33 and -0.24, respectively. Conclusions PON1 activity is related to dyslipidemia, and its decline may play an important role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
