目的 团队成员的个人协作配合能力直接影响到团队整体效能,本文基于围堵任务以人机对话的形式对个人协作配合能力进行测评.方法 以50名工程技术人员为样本施测,模拟团队情境设置单人测试,综合失败次数、距离比、角度、距离等指标进行评分,并与效标对照分析检验测试工具的有效性.测试中,实时测量志愿者前额叶脑电.结果 相关性分析结果表明,相同方案不同难度测试之间的结果均达到了显著相关,其中S2-D5测试结果与效标显著相关(P<0.05).在任务进行中,θ、β1、β2、γ1、γ2的相对功率显著升高、δ波显著下降,与其他人机对话形式的测试结果相吻合.结论 提出的围堵任务S2-D5测试具有良好的效标关联效度,可以有效地对个人协作配合能力进行评价.“,”Objective The individual cooperation ability of the team members directly affects the performance of the whole team.This study aims to propose a new method to assess the individual cooperation ability based on containment mission through human-computer interaction.Methods Fifty healthy male engineers participated in the test.A single containment mission was set up to simulate the team situation.Four indices were used to evaluate the individual cooperation ability,including the failure times,the distance rate,the angle,and the distance.The criterion related validity analysis was made to study the effectiveness of the method.Results The correlation analysis showed that the performance with different difficulties in the same plan was significantly interrelated.The performance in S2-D5 task was significantly related to the validity criterion (P < 0.05).Compare with the rest period,θ,β1,β2,γi,γ2 of EEG were significantly raised,meanwhile δ was significantly decreased.This result was similar to other human-computer tasks.Conclusion The S2-D5 task of the new method has a nice criterion-related validity to assess the individual cooperation ability efficiently.
