以少数民族学生为主体、生源地区差异明显、多民族学生共校同班学习生活的情况下,民族中学需要在教育教学和管理服务各个环节将校地之间、师生之间、学生之间客观存在的诸多差异等看似“不利”的因素,转化为涵育包容和欣赏差异、增强多元文化适应性品质的有利因素,从而培养出适应开放和多元社会的人才。中央民族大学附属中学“混和式”人才培养模式正是适应这一时代要求的有益探索。
