酮康唑引起严重肝损伤1例

患者女,36岁,因右手拇指患甲癣(灰指甲)而于1993年3月8日开始服用酮康唑(即:里紊劳片剂,西安杨森制药有限公司生产,批号:900926290)200mg/日。服药后1个月右手拇指病情明显好转,继续服用至2个月时出现乏力,肝区不适,厌油,食欲下降,未加注意。又继续服用至70天时出现恶心、呕吐、尿黄、精神差,故可疑肝炎收住县医院传染科。患者既往无肝炎病史、无药物过敏史、无输血及使用血液制品史,近期无肝炎病人接触史,无输液史。查体:皮肤粘膜轻度黄染,未见肝掌及蜘 Female, 36 years old, started taking ketoconazole on March 8, 1993 due to onychomycosis (onychomycosis) on the thumb of the right hand 200 mg (200 g) of tricosylate tablets manufactured by Xi’an Janssen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. /day. No past history of patients with hepatitis, no history of drug allergies, no blood transfusion and the history of the use of blood products, no history of recent contact with hepatitis patients, no infusion history.
