自5-[(3,5-二氯-2-吡啶)偶氮]-2,4-二氨基甲苯(简称3,5-Cl-PADAT)试剂合成以来,已应用于微量钯、钻的光度法测定。在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(简称SDBS)存在下,也应用于镍、铜、银和汞的光度法测定。本文对Fe(Ⅱ)-3,5-Cl_2-PADAT-SDBS新显色体系作了系统研究。在所确立的最佳显色条件下,应用本体系测定矿样中铁,简便、快速、灵敏、准确。 一、主要试剂及仪嚣 1.铁标准溶液:称取灼烧过的Fe_2O_3,用1:1HCl溶解,配成浓度为铁10μg/ml。
