应用植物化学物(phytochemicals)调控Nrf2/ARE通路成为预防和治疗氧化应激相关疾病的靶点。在十字花科植物中存在的天然强抗氧化剂莱菔硫烷在体内和体外具有广泛的神经保护作用,近期研究表明,其对Nrf2/ARE通路的调控作用介导其神经保护作用。笔者就莱菔硫烷通过调控Nrf2/ARE通路的神经保护作用研究进展进行综述。
The use of phytochemicals to regulate the Nrf2 / ARE pathway has emerged as a target for the prevention and treatment of oxidative stress-related diseases. Sulforaphane, a natural antioxidant found in cruciferous plants, has a wide range of neuroprotective effects in vivo and in vitro. Recent studies have shown that its regulatory effect on Nrf2 / ARE pathway mediates its neuroprotective effects. The authors review the progress of studies on the neuroprotective effect of sulforaphane through the regulation of Nrf2 / ARE pathway.
