本实验用6只生后2个月的幼猫植入鼓阶电极行慢性电刺激以探讨电听觉的生理学特征。观察到:(1)安全范围内的慢性电刺激对幼猫听力无者害的影响,亦未影响脑干听觉通路对声、电刺激产生的冲动的传递过程;(2)除Ⅰ波被刺激伪迹掩盖外,EABR波形与ABR相似,但前者各波潜伏期随强度改变小,绝对潜伏期比ABR短约1.5ms,波间间期也有意义地缩短;(3)EABR输入——输出曲线电刺激后比电刺激前明显左移。
In this experiment, 6 neonates with 2 months after birth were implanted with chronic electrical stimulation on the drum electrode to explore the electrophysiological physiological characteristics. It was observed that: (1) the chronic electrical stimulation in the safe range had no effect on the hearing ability of the kittens and did not affect the transmission of the impulse of the auditory brainstem auditory pathway to the acoustic and electrical stimulation; (2) EABR waveforms were similar to ABR except for the artifact mask. However, the former latency of each wave changed little with intensity, and the absolute latency was shorter than ABR by 1.5ms. The inter-wave interval also shortened meaningfully. (3) EABR input-output curve electrical stimulation After the electrical stimulation than the left significantly shifted.
