Objective To investigate the predictive value of detection of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) and D-dimer in patients with advanced stroke. Methods Between March 2012 and March 2013, 60 patients with progressive stroke admitted to our hospital and 60 healthy subjects were selected as observation group and control group respectively. The levels of lysophosphatidic acid And D-dimer levels. Results Compared with the control group, the level of lysophosphatidic acid in the observation group was significantly increased, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Lysophosphatidic acid and D-dimer have more accurate predictive value for progressive stroke and provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
