尤刻本《文选·洛神赋》李善注认为,洛神就是甄氏,她与曹植之间有爱恋之情。自胡克家到梁章钜等都怀疑此注非李善原注,乃尤袤添加,为小说《感甄记》之内容。此说一是误解了李注中“记”的意思,二是与李注的其他部分有矛盾,因而不可信从。曹植与甄氏之间的私情,不一定在甄氏归曹丕之初,而极有可能在建安后期,特别是曹丕随曹操出征、曹植留守邺城的那些时期。曹丕不仅处死甄氏,而且侮辱她的尸体,这源于因甄氏背叛自己而产生的刻骨怨毒。曹植争夺继承人失败后,一度向曹丕效忠示好,但曹丕绝不原谅,残酷打击迫害他,某种程度上是对曹植夺妻之恨的强烈发泄。归根结蒂,《洛神赋》的主旨还是“感甄说”。
