在实验室条件下,对八角尺蠖的发育历期、发育起点温度和有效积温进行了研究。结果表明,随着温度的升高,发育历期缩短;八角尺蠖的卵、幼虫、蛹、产卵前期和世代的发育起点温度分别为8.91、8.84、9.13、10.91、9.44℃,有效积温分别为120.22、280.14、117.62、13.51、580.71 d.℃。由此可得该虫在南宁市年发生代数的预测值为4.9~5.2代,这与文献报道的结果相符。
Under laboratory conditions, the developmental period, developmental starting point temperature and effective accumulated temperature of ichthyoplankton were studied. The results showed that the developmental duration shortened with the increase of temperature. The starting temperatures of eggs, larvae, pupae, pre-oviposition and generation of the octopus were respectively 8.91,8.84,9.13,10.91,9.44 ℃, and the effective accumulated temperatures were 120.22, 280.14, 117.62, 13.51, 580.71 d. The predicted value of the generation of algae in Nanning was 4.9-5.2 generations, which was consistent with the results reported in the literature.
