针对我国尚未形成系统性的卓越会计师人才测评理论体系的现状,提出基于云的定性不确定度量模型和D-S理论相结合的人才测评方法。利用云模型在定性定量转化过程中能够较好的兼顾评价存在的模糊性和随机性综合考虑德、知、行、思的因素,建立人才测评的指标体系,对H高校卓越会计人才进行综合测评。研究结果表明,基于云模型和AHP理论的卓越会计人才测评的方法是可行的,更具科学性和合理性。
