研究表明,职业教育日益重要。中国职业教育虽然发生了巨大变化,但仍然存在职业教育机构培训的人数少,职业教育毕业生质量和成果不令人满意,职业教育机构在全国发展不平衡等问题。因而人们需要探求一系列解决策略,以提高中国职业教育质量,促进中国经济发展。当前的改革在于从以劳动人数为中心向提高素质方面转变,这就要求扩大、深化职业教育,包括提供岗前培训与工作中的培训。 Research shows that vocational education is increasingly important. Although great changes have taken place in vocational education in China, there are still a small number of vocational training institutions, unsatisfactory quality and achievements of vocational education graduates and uneven development of vocational education institutions nationwide. Therefore, people need to explore a series of solutions to improve the quality of China’s vocational education and promote China’s economic development. The current reform is to shift from improving the quality of workforce as the center, which requires expanding and deepening vocational education, including pre-service training and job training.
