目的:筛选酸枣仁镇静催眠作用的活性部位。方法:采用注射阈下剂量和阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠,比较高、低剂量酸枣仁总提取物和不同极性部位(10、5g/kg)对模型小鼠入睡率、入睡潜伏期与持续睡眠时间的影响。结果:高剂量酸枣仁乙酸乙酯提取物、高、低剂量酸枣仁正丁醇提取物与高、低剂量酸枣仁总提物可使模型小鼠入睡率显著增加,睡眠潜伏期显著延长(P<0.01或P<0.05);高、低剂量酸枣仁乙酸乙酯提取物,高、低剂量酸枣仁正丁醇提取物与高、低剂量酸枣仁总提物可使模型小鼠睡眠时间显著延长(P<0.01)。结论:酸枣仁乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位是酸枣仁镇静催眠活性部位。
