采用溴化聚苯乙烯阻燃剂对PBT/EPDM合金进行改性,研究了阻燃剂含量对PBT/EPDM合金力学、阻燃性能和热稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:随着阻燃剂含量的增加,PBT/EPDM合金的阻燃等级、极限氧指数均有显著提高。TGA曲线显示,随着阻燃剂的增加,起始失重温度和最大热失重速率温度均向高温移动,且最终的残留率均明显增多。同时,随着阻燃剂的增加,PBT/EPDM合金的拉伸强度呈先上升后下降趋势,合金的断裂伸长率和冲击强度呈下降趋势。
The effects of flame retardant content on the mechanical properties, flame retardancy and thermal stability of PBT / EPDM alloy were studied by using brominated polystyrene flame retardant to modify PBT / EPDM alloy. The results show that with the increase of flame retardant content, the flame retardant grade and limiting oxygen index of PBT / EPDM alloy are significantly increased. The TGA curve shows that both the initial weight loss temperature and the maximum weight loss rate temperature move to high temperature with the increase of flame retardant, and the final residual rate increases obviously. At the same time, with the increase of flame retardant, the tensile strength of PBT / EPDM alloy first increases and then decreases, and the elongation at break and impact strength of the alloy decrease.
