目的了解舟山市公共场所集中式中央空调卫生状况。方法按《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》、《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2004)对舟山市15家(2006年)和22家(2007年)公共场所的空气质量及集中式中央空调卫生状况进行监测。结果公共场所空气质量监测结果:2006年和2007年总合格率较低项目为新风量和温度,分别为46.88%、55.10%。两年中各个监测项目的合格率无明显差异。公共场所中央空调集中通风系统监测结果:2006年和2007年总合格率由低到高依次为送风中细菌总数、冷却水中军团菌、送风中真菌总数、风管真菌总数和风管积尘量,分别为25.00%、39.21%、52.08%、63.64%和70.02%。结论舟山市公共场所的中央空调卫生状况不容乐观,所以应加强对全封闭式空调的管理、清洗消毒工作,预防空气传播性疾病在公共场所的传播。
Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of centralized central air conditioners in public places in Zhoushan. Methods The air quality and central air-condition of 15 public places (2006) and 22 public places (2007) of Zhoushan City were evaluated according to “Health standard test method in public places” and “Hygienic norms of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places” Health status is monitored. Results Results of air quality monitoring in public places: The projects with lower overall qualification rate in 2006 and 2007 were fresh air volume and temperature, respectively 46.88% and 55.10%. There was no significant difference in the passing rate of each monitoring project in two years. Conclusion The central air conditioners in Zhoushan should not be optimistic about the condition of central air conditioners. Therefore, the management of totally enclosed air conditioners, cleaning and disinfection should be strengthened to prevent the spread of airborne diseases in public places.
