基于“价值点(Value Point)”模式下构建的绩效考评系统,把人力资源管理中各类绩效考评方法通过“价值点管理”的思想整合到一个统一的平台上,通过新颖的价值点算法来实现系统的数据采集、计算、分析和管理,并依照价值点的逻辑算法评分为管理者进行绩效管理提供决策依据,使得人力资源管理更加科学化、数字化,最大程度体现绩效考评的客观性、真实性。
