在分析全能体(holon)的自制性和协作性的特点的基础上,指出全能制造系统(HolonicManufacturingSystem:HMS)具有递阶控制系统的全局优化特性和协同控制系统的抗干扰能力,同时摒除了递阶控制系统的刚性和协同控制系统的大信息流通量的问题。给出并分析了基于全能制造系统的PROSA体系结构。提出并研究了在全能制造系统中如何通过辅助全能和合同网协议,共同实现任务高度的全局最优性和柔性的方法。
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of self-restraint and cooperation of Holon, it is pointed out that Holonic Manufacturing System (HMS) possesses the global optimization characteristics of hierarchical control system and the anti-interference ability of cooperative control system, Rigidity of order control system and large information flow of collaborative control system. The PROSA architecture based on universal manufacturing system is given and analyzed. This paper presents and studies how to achieve the global optimality and flexibility of mission height through the AMS and contractual network protocols in the all-around manufacturing system.
