本文通过对高职就业指导课程体系现状及困境进行剖析,提出以职业核心能力培养为切入点,构建高职就业指导课程特色体系。“第一课堂”从项目化课程体系构建的角度出发,把职业核心能力的培养融入到课程中。“第二课堂”从构建活动课程体系出发,把高职院校的素质拓展活动与职业核心能力有效衔接,实现学生自主学习。“第三课堂”从构建社会实践课程体系出发,深化政校企合作培养机制,建立大学生就业实践基地。
This article analyzes the status quo and predicament of employment guidance curriculum system in higher vocational colleges and puts forward that the core competence training should be taken as the starting point and the characteristic guidance system of employment guidance should be constructed. “First Class ” From the point of view of the construction of the project-based curriculum system, the training of core competencies into the curriculum. “Second Class ” Starting from the construction activity curriculum system, the quality development activities of vocational colleges and vocational core competence effectively connect to realize the students’ independent study. “The third classroom ” from the construction of social practice curriculum system, deepen the cooperation between colleges and universities enterprises and training mechanisms, the establishment of college students employment practice base.
