浅谈农村信用社绩效考核机制的构建

对于农村信用社来说,科学合理的绩效考核机制能起到激励员工的作用,并且促进信用社各项业务的稳定开展.但从目前来看,很多农村信用社在自身的绩效考核方面都存在一些问题,这些问题不利于信用社对人力资源的管理.为此,笔者针对农村信用社绩效考核机制的构建进行了分析,具体如下.
