进行了草坪用“Derby”黑麦草和“Houndog”高羊茅的属间杂交,未经胚培养成功地获得了它们间的杂种。杂种F1代花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体配对平均构型为:2.80Ⅰ+10.33Ⅱ+0.85Ⅲ+0.50Ⅳ。染色体配对结果表明,“Derby”与“Houndog”染色体组之间存在一定程度的亲缘关系,对黑麦草与高羊茅的属间杂交改良是完全可行的。
Interspecific crosses between “Derby” ryegrass and “Houndog” tall fescue were performed on the lawn and hybrids between them were successfully obtained without embryo culture. The average metaphase I chromosome metaphase of meiosis of F1 pollen mother cells was 2.80Ⅰ + 10.33Ⅱ + 0.85Ⅲ + 0.50Ⅳ. Chromosome pairing results showed that there was a certain degree of genetic relationship between “Derby” and “Houndog” genomes, and it was feasible to improve the crosses between ryegrass and tall fescue.
