中科院地学21个研究所,学科面广,现在国外地学的分支学科科学院里都有,兵种齐全。这些研究所许多是老所,即或是新所也有二十年以上的历史,除个别差一点,绝大多数研究所不错。过去我们做了不少工作,由于基本上是各所自己选题,缺乏自上而下的组织安排,造成工作做了不少,成果分散,引不起国家和产业部门的注意。同志们埋怨生产部门不承认我们的工作,这要怪我们没有组织好。 建议“七五”计划期间,地学可以集中较大力量搞两个大课题,第一个课题是开发西南、西北的先行研究,可以抓两个大的内 21 Institutes of Geosciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a wide range of disciplines, and now foreign branches of the Academy of Sciences have all branches, arms complete. Many of these institutes are the oldest ones, or even the new ones have more than twenty years of history. Most of the institutes are good except for a few exceptions. In the past, we have done a great deal of work. Since we basically selected our own topics and lacked top-down organizational arrangements, we have done a great job and the results are fragmented and can not attract the attention of the state and the industrial sector. Comrades complain that the production department does not recognize our work. This blames us for not organizing well. During the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”, we suggest that geosciences should focus their efforts on engaging in two major topics.
