氮离子注入水稻休眠种子胚部,在根尖细胞内诱发染色体结构变异,并抑制根尖细胞的有丝分裂。随着离子注入剂量的提高,染色体畸变细胞率呈增加趋势,但剂量间差异不显著。离子注入的染色体致畸效应低于60Coγ射线;对有丝分裂的抑制作用与γ射线相当。电泳结果显示,离子束和γ射线均使水稻幼苗组织内的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱发生变化,但两者诱发的酶谱各不相同
Nitrogen ions are injected into the dormancy seed embryo of rice to induce chromosome structural variation in the root tip cells and inhibit the mitosis of root tip cells. As the dose of ion implantation increased, the rate of chromosome aberration increased, but the difference was not significant. The teratogenic effect of ion implantation was lower than that of 60Coγ-rays and the inhibition of mitosis was comparable to that of γ-rays. The results of electrophoresis showed that ion beam and γ-ray both changed the peroxidase isozymes in rice seedling tissues, but the enzyme patterns induced by both were different
