从国内外优秀的一些企业发展历程来看,所有成功的企业其发展有必须有一个强大的创新人才团队。人才是保证企业健康发展必不可少的部分,尊重知识,尊重人才,特别是在企业发展当中发现更多的创新性人才,激活他们的创新意识,激励他们的创新精神,激发他们的创新潜力,使他们成为企业建设发展当中的有力保证,最终成为企业自身发展的重中之重。分析了目前烟草企业在企业及人才创新培养方面存在的主要问题,在此基础上,立足烟草行业特点及新形势下企业对创新型人才的需求标准,提出了六点创新型人才培养新模式,以期为烟草企业创新人才培养提供新思路。
