为研究轴压-弯矩-剪力复杂受力状态下,钢管内壁剪力环、泥皮和防腐涂层不同组合下的钢管复合桩粘结滑移性能,开展了四组钢管复合桩推出试验,其中两组带有剪力环,破坏形式均为桩端部钢管屈曲破坏.试验研究结果表明:剪力环对钢管复合桩粘结强度的影响十分明显,在本试验条件下,钢管复合桩平均粘结强度取值范围为0.242~0.404MPa,剪力环的存在使其平均粘结强度提高67%.粘结破坏时钢管与核心混凝土相对滑移量均小于0.2mm.在泥皮、防腐涂层和剪力环间距30cm的条件下,钢管与核心混凝土二者粘结可靠.另外,剪力环对钢管复合桩的受力和变形影响显著,使其整体性和延性有较大提高.
