采用自组装法制备多层乙酰胆碱酯酶/壳聚糖/碳纳米管(AChE/CS/FCNTs/GCE)生物传感器,利用循环伏安法(CV)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)表征传感器并考察其检测氨基甲酸酯农药性能。成功制备了新型氨基甲酸酯AChE/CS/F-CNTs/GCE生物传感器,新型传感器对氨基甲酸酯农药具有良好的响应。典型氨基甲酸酯类农药2-(1-甲基乙基)苯基甲基氨基甲酸酯在2.00×10-9~2.00×10-7g/L内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限达到5.41×10-9g/L。新型传感器适用于氨基甲酸酯农药残留检测。
A multi-layer AChE / CS / FCNTs / GCE biosensor was prepared by self-assembly method. Cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and differential pulse voltammetry Anfa (DPV) was used to characterize the sensor and investigate its performance for detecting carbamate pesticides. A new type of carbamate AChE / CS / F-CNTs / GCE biosensor has been successfully prepared. The new sensor has a good response to carbamate pesticides. The typical carbamate pesticide 2- (1-methylethyl) phenyl methylcarbamate showed a good linearity in the range of 2.00 × 10-9 ~ 2.00 × 10-7g / L with a detection limit of 5.41 × 10-9g / L. New sensor for carbamate pesticide residue testing.
