随着竞争的加剧,初中生心理健康问题愈显突出。繁重的课业负担、频繁的考试、老师的要求、家长的期望、学习成绩徘徊、同学关系紧张……等等,这些都使初中生承受着心理压力,一些同学常感到紧张、焦虑、烦躁,甚至是恐惧。如果心理上长期处于受压状态,就容易产生心理障碍或心理不健康问题。下面提出一些如何形成良好心理素质的方法,供同学们参考。
