天敌昆虫多是不透明的小型虫体,在镜检或显微摄影时,光源需直射观察部位。因而光源的质量直接影响镜检与摄影的效果。目前,一般显微镜多采用沪产6伏15瓦显微镜灯,这是一种光强度较弱的散射光源。实践表明,使用这种光源灯,在双目立体显微镜下观察时,一些重要特征的清晰度和分辩力都较差,不能满足鉴定和摄影的要求。为解决这一问题,我们于1981年对沪产6伏15瓦显微镜灯作了一些改进,在只需增加几个简单零件的条件下,将该灯散射光源的光强度由16,000米烛光提高到145,000米烛光(XZ—1型相对照度计测定),且可随意调焦,用散射光或调到直径为3毫米的
Most of the natural enemies of insects are small opaque insects, microscopic examination or microscopic photography, the light source to be direct observation site. Thus the quality of the light source directly affects the effect of microscopy and photography. At present, the general microscope and more use of Shanghai produced 6-volt 15-watt microscope lamp, which is a light intensity of scattered light source. Practice shows that the use of such light source lamp, observed under a binocular stereoscopic microscope, some of the important features of the clarity and resolution are poor, can not meet the requirements of identification and photography. In order to solve this problem, we made some improvements to the 6-watt 15-watt microscope lamp made in Shanghai in 1981 and raised the light intensity of this lamp-scattering light source from 16,000-meter candle light to just a few simple parts 145,000 m candle (measured by XZ-1 relative illuminance meter), and can be adjusted freely, with scattered light or transferred to a diameter of 3 mm
