As the most critical human resource in high-tech enterprises, knowledge-based employees hold the important intangible resources such as the core technology and trade secrets of the enterprise, which are related to the survival and development of the entire enterprise. With the continuous development of economy and science and technology, the loss of knowledge workers has become a common phenomenon in recent years.
