目的通过分析工作场所化学因素采样规范性和检测准确性,提高采样和检测能力。方法收集本院2013~2015年参加工作场所化学因素现场采样和实验室检测相结合的室间比对结果,对采样流量核查、实验室检测和采样的规范性结果的合格情况进行评价。结果参加工作场所化学因素现场采样和实验室检测相结合室间比对项目共13项,总体合格率(优秀率)为76.9%(30.8%),不同年份的室间比对项目合格率(优秀率)分别为25.0%(0.00%)、100%(20.0%)和100%(75.0%)。采样流量核查项目5项,总体合格率(优秀率)为80.0%(40.0%);采样后样品实验室检测项目6项,总体合格率(优秀率)为66.7%(33.3%);采样的规范性项目2项,均合格。结论采样阶段加强质量控制是检测结果准确性的重要基础;参加工作场所化学因素现场采样和实验室检测的室间比对有利于提升职业卫生技术服务能力。
Objective To improve the sampling and detection ability by analyzing the normativeness and accuracy of sampling of chemical factors in the workplace. Methods The results of laboratory comparisons between on-site chemical sampling in the workplace and laboratory tests from 2013 to 2015 in our hospital were collected and the compliance of the normative results of sampling flow checking, laboratory testing and sampling was evaluated. Results A total of 13 room-to-room comparison projects were conducted in the workplace with chemical factors sampling and laboratory tests. The overall pass rate (excellent rate) was 76.9% (30.8%). The passing rate of room intercomparison items in different years (excellent Rate) were 25.0% (0.00%), 100% (20.0%) and 100% (75.0%), respectively. There were 5 items of sample flow check, the overall pass rate (excellent rate) was 80.0% (40.0%); 6 items were sampled after sampling, the overall pass rate (excellent rate) was 66.7% (33.3%); 2 items, all qualified. Conclusion Sampling stage to strengthen quality control is an important basis for the accuracy of the test results. Participation in field sampling of laboratory chemical factors in the workplace and laboratory tests are helpful to improve the technical service ability of occupational health.
