既往研究显示,时域和频域光学相干断层扫描(OCT)都可以用来测量前房细胞.近年来,商用的扫频OCT也运用于临床.对于这3类OCT,哪种测量房水细胞更准确尚无相关研究.本研究使用这3类OCT对离体房水细胞进行了测量并进行了对比.首先抽取人体外周血,将其稀释为8种不同浓度,并将其装入薄膜塑料袋内,模拟前房细胞,使用这3类OCT对每个样品进行扫描.对于Visante AS-OCT和RTVue XR Avanti OCT,可以轻易从背景噪点中分辨出房水细胞;但对于Casia SS-1000 OCT,难以区分背景噪点和房水细胞.使用Visante AS-OCT的高分辨率角膜横断面扫描、RTVue XR Avanti OCT的角膜线扫和3D角膜扫描模式所测得的样品血细胞密度和实际血细胞浓度高度相关(Pearson相关系数(P)分别为0.991,0.989和0.993).RTVue XR Avanti OCT的角膜线扫和3D角膜扫描模式所测得的矫正细胞密度均显著高于Visante AS-OCT((10.46±2.87)个/mm~2,(11.01±2.47)个/mm~2vs.(1.55±1.75)个/mm~2)(P<0.01).本研究显示,频域RTVue XR Avanti OCT在测量离体房水细胞上,优于另外2种OCT.
Previous studies have shown that both time-domain and frequency-domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) can be used to measure anterior chamber cells.In recent years, commercial frequency-swept OCT has also been used in clinical practice.For these three types of OCT, which measure aqueous humor cells More accurate and no relevant research.This study used these three types of OCT in isolated atrial water cells were measured and compared.First, human peripheral blood was drawn, diluted to eight different concentrations, and into the plastic film In-bag, mock anterior chamber cells, each of these samples was scanned using these types of OCTs 3. Aqueous humor cells were readily distinguished from background noise for Visante AS-OCT and RTVue XR Avanti OCTs; however, for Casia SS-1000 OCT , It is difficult to distinguish between background noise and aqueous humor cells.High-resolution corneal cross-sectional scanning with the Visante AS-OCT, corneal scanning with the RTVue XR Avanti OCT, and 3D corneal scanning patterns are highly correlated with actual blood cell densities (Pearson’s correlation coefficients (P) were 0.991,0.989 and 0.993, respectively) .The corrected cell densities measured by corneal scan and 3D corneal scan of the RTVue XR Avanti OCT were significantly higher than those of the Visante AS-OCT (10.46 ± 2.87) A / mm ~ 2, (11.01 ± 2.4 7) /mm~2vs.(1.55 ± 1.75) 个 /mm~2)(P<0.01) .This study shows that the frequency domain RTVue XR Avanti OCT is superior to the other two OCTs in measuring ex vivo aqueous cells .
