目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法同时检测银杏叶滴丸中银杏内酯A、银杏内酯B和银杏内酯K的含量。方法:Phenomenex C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱;流动相:正丙醇∶四氢呋喃∶水=1∶30∶69;流速:1.0 m L/min;柱温:30℃,蒸发光检测器的漂移管温度60℃,载气流量25 L/min。结果:5个批号银杏叶滴丸的银杏内酯A、银杏内酯B和银杏内酯K的含量分别为14.6~15.7 mg/g、7.9~9.1 mg/g和4.2~6.7 mg/g。结论:该实验建立的HPLCELSD方法同时检测为银杏叶滴丸的质量控制提供了参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the simultaneous determination of ginkgolide A, ginkgolide B and ginkgolide K in ginkgo leaf pills. Method: Phenomenex C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: n-propanol: tetrahydrofuran: water = 1:30:69; flow rate: 1.0 m L / min; The drift tube temperature of the photodetector was 60 ° C and the carrier gas flow rate was 25 L / min. Results: The contents of ginkgolide A, ginkgolide B and ginkgolide K in 5 batches of Ginkgo biloba dropping pills were 14.6-15.7 mg / g, 7.9-9.1 mg / g and 4.2-6.7 mg / g, respectively. Conclusion: The HPLCELSD method established in this experiment provides a reference for the quality control of Ginkgo leaf pills simultaneously.
