在机械制造业中,热处理节能日益受到人们的重视。为了减少热处理能耗,寻求新的热处理工艺方法,已经有许多科技工作者做了大量的工作,其中,充分利用低碳钢和低碳合金钢的马氏体自回火效应就是较为有效的节能方法之一。 本试验选用我厂使用较多的25Cr2Ni4WA钢,M_s点为300℃,利用其马氏体自回火效应,节省低温回火工艺,达到节能的目的。 试验选用三种热处理制度进行比较,其具体结果如表1所示。
