1995年 10月至 1997年 11月 ,在美国阿肯色大学水稻研究推广中心 ,用水稻品种LA110和Jasmine 85与水稻品种Teqing、Katy、Mars、LaGrue和Newbonnet进行不完全双列杂交 ,对其杂交后代和亲本用美国 3个主要稻瘟病菌小种 (以下简称小种 )IB 33、IB 4 5和IE 1进行接种鉴定和遗传分析研究。结果表明 :亲本LA110、Jasmine 85、Teqing抗所有 3个小种。Katy抗小种IB 4 5和IE 1,感小种IB 33。Mars抗小种IE 1,感小种IB 33和IB 4 5。LaGrue感所有 3个小种。Newbonnet抗小种IB 4 5 ,感小种IB 33和IE 1。所有抗病亲本的抗病基因 ,其F1分别对相应小种呈现显性抗病性。抗病亲本杂交 ,LA110与Jasmine 85对小种IB 33,LA110与Teqing、Jasmine 85对小种IE 1,及Jasmine 85与Teqing对小种IE 1,是等位的抗病基因。LA110与Teqing对小种IB 33,及Jasmine 85与Teqing对小种IB 33,分别存在三对独立遗传的显性抗病基因。LA110与Teqing、Katy、Newbonnet、Jasmine 85对小种IB 4 5 ,Jasmine 85与Teqing、Katy、Newbonnet对小种IB 4 5 ,LA110与Katy、Mars对小种IE 1,Jasmine 85与Katy、Mars对小种IE 1,分别存在两对独立遗传的显性抗性基因。抗病亲本LA110或Jasmine 85与感病亲本Mars对小种IB 33,抗病亲本LA110与感病亲本Mars对小种IB 4
From October 1995 to November 1997, the rice lines LA110 and Jasmine 85 were incompletely crossed with the rice varieties Teqing, Katy, Mars, LaGrue and Newbonnet at the Rice Research and Extension Center of the University of Arkansas, In this study, three major M. grosvenori isolates (IBS, IB 4 5 and IE 1) from the United States were used for inoculation and genetic analysis. The results showed that the parents LA110, Jasmine 85 and Teqing were resistant to all three races. Katy anti-race IB 4 5 and IE 1, susceptible race IB 33. Mars antiserum IE 1, susceptible breeds IB 33 and IB 4 5. LaGrue feel all 3 races. Newbonnet anti-race IB 4 5, susceptible race IB 33 and IE 1. All disease-resistant parents of the disease-resistant genes, F1, respectively, showed the corresponding races significant disease resistance. The resistant parental lines LA110 and Jasmine 85 were allelic to the elite IB 33, LA110 and Teqing, Jasmine 85 to IE 1, and Jasmine 85 and Teqing to IE1. There were three pairs of independently inherited dominant resistance genes for LA110 and Teqing for races IB 33, Jasmine 85 and Teqing for races IB 33 respectively. In this experiment, the elite IB 4 5, Jasmine 85 and Teqing, Katy, Newbonnet were used to test the elite IB 4 5, LA110 and Katy, Mars pairs race IE 1, Jasmine 85 and Katy, Mars pair Race IE 1, there are two pairs of independently inherited dominant resistance genes.
