目的:采用HPLC建立盆炎灵颗粒指纹图谱分析方法。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流速:1.0 m L·min-1;流动相A:乙腈,流动相B:0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温:25℃,检测波长为280 nm。结果:建立了盆炎灵颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,标示出36个共有色谱峰,颗粒与各药材具有很好的相关性,同时对其中11个色谱峰进行归属。结论:建立的方法灵敏、准确、简单、分离效果好,可作为盆炎灵颗粒质量评价的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of Penyanling granules by HPLC. Methods: The column was Hypersil ODS2 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The mobile phase A was acetonitrile and mobile phase B was consisted of 0.1% 25 ℃, detection wavelength is 280 nm. Results: The HPLC fingerprinting of Penyanling granule was established, which indicated 36 common chromatographic peaks. The particles had good correlation with each medicinal material, and at the same time, 11 of them were assigned. Conclusion: The established method is sensitive, accurate and simple, and the separation effect is good. It can be used as a method to evaluate pellet quality of Penyanling.
